1. Oversee client experience and service offerings in the designated store location.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained and utilizing technology innovations for enhanced client service.
4. Administer the online reservation system for services and manage staffing levels.
5. Conduct training for new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model sessions.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards.
7. Engage with vendor representatives to ensure effective product training and coaching for staff.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to attract, develop, and lead talented teams.
