- Oversee all aspects of client experience and service offerings within the store.
- Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure beauty advisors are trained and utilizing technology innovations to enhance client services.
- Coordinate the Services online reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in and staffing levels.
- Execute training for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
- Facilitate effective engagement between beauty advisors and brand representatives, providing feedback on training effectiveness.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
