- Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure the execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
- Support the timely response to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
- Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for the sales team.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to help achieve store goals and meet client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area of the store.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.
