Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure the execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all World selling cast members.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
- Coach and deliver feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 and CAD$28.55, depending on qualifications and experience.
