- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team execution of Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
- Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.

- Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store and client objectives.
