- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora's selling model.
- Ensure exceptional client service and address client feedback promptly and effectively.
- Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to improve performance and drive sales.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
One to three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
