Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback to staff for performance improvement.
- Understand and act on the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55, depending on qualifications and experience.
