Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store and client goals.
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
