1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora's selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and address client-related issues in collaboration with management.
4. Support training for all staff in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
