Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure the execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Support and manage in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach and develop team members, providing timely feedback and performance assessments.
7. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and develop effective teams.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proficiency in client service and sales strategies.

Minimum of three years in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges from CAD$22.20 to CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
