Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to achieve store goals.
- Coach and develop team members, providing feedback for performance improvement.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to create and lead teams to drive sales and deliver client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
Minimum of three years in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
