1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
6. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and develop teams by attracting talented store leaders.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55, depending on qualifications and experience.
