1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora's selling model.
2. Ensure outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Support and manage in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and performance assessments.
7. Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store, or equivalent internal experience.
