1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned store area.
7. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience in a high-volume retail environment.
