Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Support timely responses to client feedback and resolve client-related issues.
- Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience is required.
Compensation ranges from CAD$20.65 to CAD$25.80 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
