1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Proven ability to influence business partners and communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Demonstrated ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.

2. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
3. Ability to manage client feedback and resolve issues efficiently.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
