1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and address client-related issues.
4. Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to meet store and client objectives.
6. Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and performance assessments.
7. Demonstrate an understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proficiency in client service and sales strategies.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume store environment.
