1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in the management and execution of in-store events to meet store and client goals.
6. Coach and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
7. Participate in regular performance check-ins with direct reports.
8. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume store environment.
