1. Supervise all areas of the sales floor, including beauty, skincare, fragrance, and hair care.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora's sales model and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Respond promptly to customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Train team members on customer interaction technologies.
5. Support in-store event organization to meet objectives and customer needs.
6. Monitor and develop team performance, providing timely feedback and coaching.
7. Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
8. Demonstrate strong understanding of store revenue and business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders.
