- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and collaborate with management to address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
