1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for sales staff.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events to achieve store goals.
6. Coach and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance and development.
7. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

1-3 years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
