1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues effectively.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology to enhance customer engagement.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to meet store and client goals.
6. Coach and develop team performance, providing timely feedback and support.
7. Understand and analyze store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
