1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
