1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring the execution of Sephora’s selling model.
2. Ensure outstanding client service and address client feedback promptly.
3. Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology to enhance customer engagement.
4. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
5. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
