1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora's selling model.
2. Ensure outstanding client service and address client feedback promptly.
3. Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology.
4. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
5. Coach and provide feedback on performance management within the store.
6. Demonstrate an understanding of the store's sales performance and business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
