1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora’s selling model.
2. Ensure exceptional client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Support and manage client feedback and related issues.
4. Facilitate training for World selling cast in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and develop team members, providing timely feedback for performance improvement.
7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
