1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora's selling model.
2. Ensure outstanding client service and timely response to client feedback.
3. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all World selling cast.
4. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
5. Provide performance assessment and development feedback to team members.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.
