Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology.
- Assist with in-store event management to achieve store goals.
- Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback.
- Demonstrate an understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55/hr with potential performance-based bonuses.
