Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team execution of Sephora's selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store and client objectives.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
