Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support timely response to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for sales staff.
5. Support in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within assigned areas.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
