- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service.
- Ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and respond promptly to client feedback.
- Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology to enhance client engagement.
- Assist in the management and execution of in-store events to meet store and client objectives.
- Coach and develop team members, providing timely feedback and performance assessments.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence business partners and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated skill in attracting and developing talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in client service and sales strategies.
One to three years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
