Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Supervise all sales floor activities across various departments including beauty, skincare, fragrance, and haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora's sales model and deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed corporate objectives.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Train team members on customer interaction technologies and support the organization of in-store events to achieve set goals.
- Monitor performance management needs within the assigned store area and provide necessary coaching.
- Deliver timely feedback to team members for improvement and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales figures and business opportunities.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of training and developing team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a solid understanding of sales and commercial opportunities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
