- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring the execution of Sephora's selling model.
- Ensure outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
- Support timely responses to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
- Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the assigned area.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
