Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Support timely responses to client feedback and manage client-related issues.
- Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store and client objectives.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the store.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to create and lead teams, attracting and developing talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
