1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and manage client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store and client objectives.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the store.
7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and lead teams, attracting and developing talented store leaders.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
