Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare within the store.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
- Support timely responses to client feedback and partner with direct managers to address client-related issues.
- Facilitate training for all World selling cast in Client Interactive Technology.
- Support in-store events to help the store achieve its goals and meet client needs.
- Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 - CAD$26.35, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
