1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare within the store.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and partner with direct managers to address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training for all World selling cast in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Support in-store events to help the store achieve its goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 - CAD$26.35, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
