- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora’s selling model.
- Ensure outstanding client service and timely response to client feedback.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback to staff, participating in performance assessments and development.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.
Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
