1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora’s selling model.
2. Ensure outstanding client service and timely response to client feedback.
3. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
4. Assist in managing in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
5. Coach and provide feedback to staff, participating in performance assessments and development.
6. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
