Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure execution of Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.

- Support training of staff in Client Interactive Technology.
- Manage and support in-store events to achieve store goals.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the team.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
