- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Support timely responses to client feedback and address client-related issues.
- Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
- Coach and develop team members, providing feedback for performance improvement.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
