Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments within the designated Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service to meet and exceed store objectives.
3. Support the timely response to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for sales staff.
5. Assist in the management of in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
6. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
