Sephora Stage Experience Lead

1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store and client goals.
6. Coach and develop team performance, providing timely feedback and conducting regular check-ins.
7. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and client service.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
