1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide exceptional client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to align with store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the team.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance and development.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
