1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring execution of Sephora's selling model.
2. Ensure outstanding client service and timely response to client feedback.
3. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
4. Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store and client goals.
5. Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and performance assessments.
6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.
