1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and resolve client-related issues.
4. Ensure all staff are trained in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Support and manage in-store events to achieve store goals.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports.
8. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$20.70 - CAD$25.90/hr with potential performance-based bonuses.
