1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Respond promptly to client feedback and address client-related issues.
4. Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Assist in the management of in-store events to achieve store and client goals.
6. Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the store.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance.
8. Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build and develop effective teams.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.

Minimum of three years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
