Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and address client-related issues.
- Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to achieve store and client goals.
- Coach and provide feedback for performance improvement within the store.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess performance.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and develop effective teams.
- Strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities.
Minimum of three years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
