1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure the execution of Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store goals.
6. Coach and assess performance management situations within the store.
7. Deliver timely feedback and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
8. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to build and develop effective teams.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Minimum 3 years in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
