Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure the execution of Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service.
- Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues.
- Support training in Client Interactive Technology.
- Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store goals.
- Coach and assess performance management situations within the store.
- Deliver timely feedback and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
- Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and develop effective teams.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Minimum 3 years in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
