1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
6. Coach and provide feedback on performance management within the store.
7. Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess and develop performance.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

3. Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
4. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and business opportunities.
