Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
- Support timely responses to client feedback and address client-related issues.
- Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
- Assist in managing in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback on performance management within the store.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports to assess and develop performance.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and business opportunities.
