- Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring the execution of Sephora's selling model.
- Ensure outstanding client service and address client feedback promptly in collaboration with the direct manager.
- Support the training of staff in Client Interactive Technology to enhance client experiences.
- Assist in the management of in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to improve performance and support their development.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the store's sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels effectively.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
