1. Oversee all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Support timely responses to client feedback and address client-related issues.
4. Facilitate training in Client Interactive Technology for sales staff.
5. Support in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach and manage performance within the assigned area, providing timely feedback and follow-up.
7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
