- Oversee all sales floor departments within the store, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
- Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
- Support timely responses to client feedback and address client-related issues.
- Ensure all sales staff are trained in Client Interactive Technology.
- Support in-store events to help achieve store goals and meet client needs.
- Coach and manage performance within the assigned area of the store.
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports.
- Demonstrate understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.
- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
