1. Oversee all sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service.
3. Respond to client feedback and address client-related issues effectively.
4. Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all sales staff.
5. Assist in managing in-store events to achieve store goals and meet client needs.
6. Coach team members on performance management and provide timely feedback.
7. Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence business partners at all levels with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
4. Proficiency in using client service technology tools.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
